 Clint, a sugar cane farmer, offered us refuge from the rain. We spent about an hour learning about sugar cane. (You can see he rides, too - so he understood about getting caught in the rain). |

 One of our best meals. This restaurant was built like a tree-house with 6 platforms. Each had about 8 tables and its own chef during peak use. It's part of the Radisson Treetops Resorts. We stayed across the street at the Radisson Reef. |
